The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our DigX team. In this role, you will work alongside DigX consultants at an end client, analysing, designing, and optimising business processes and systems to support strategic goals. You'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful implementation and alignment of various business functions and operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, design, and optimise business processes and systems to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with DigX consultants and end client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Implement and optimise process improvements, data analysis, and business models to ensure the seamless operation of various business functions.
  • Leverage industry best practices and methodologies such as TOM to build reliable and efficient business solutions.
  • Ensure all business solutions meet security, reliability, and performance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business process issues, providing timely support and maintenance to ensure minimal disruption.


To be Considered

To be considered for this role, you should have substantial experience in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes and systems using TOM methodologies. Proficiency in implementing and optimising process improvements, data analysis, and business models is essential. You should excel in collaborating with both internal teams and external clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment are crucial.
