About the Role
The Administrator will support the Engineering Process Team with administration of engineering changes. The team is a face paced team developing new technologies and supporting the production of X-ray security machines. The role can be hybrid with 3 days a week on site in Redhill. The key responsibilities of the role is to work with the Engineering Process Team and support them in the following areas:
- Coordinate, prioritise and manage the ECO (Engineering Change Order) process; to determine which orders are released and when, monitor and achieve accurate and timely releases.
- Support cross-departmental liaison to aid the seamless introduction of changes released via ECO.
- Develop and implement new processes as needed, as well as improvements to the ECO (and related) processes.
- Provide Engineering, developmental and process support for business aspects as needed, including work on ECOs and their related aspects, review ECOs, Special Projects, etc.
- To provide administrative support to the senior engineering team to aid the smooth running of the department.
Qualifications
Attention to detail and adherence to defined process flow. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. This role would suit a strong administrator who is keen to learn new skills and develop into the role.
