Job Description:

GLX FOOD LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Chinese cuisine and the hospitality industry, along with exceptional leadership and customer service skills. . The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with market rates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Oversee GLX FOOD LTD's restaurant and private club's food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and safety.

2. Plan and develop menus in collaboration with the chef, focusing on authentic Chinese cuisine.

3. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant and club premises.

4. Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability objectives.

5. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences.

6. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

7. Train, supervise, and manage team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

8. Coordinate with the event planning team for private events and club meetings.

**Qualifications:**

1. Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager, preferably in a restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine.

2. Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends and operational best practices.

3. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.

5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

7. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
