We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team at Sunset Hospitality Group – UK.


Who are we:

Opening its doors in September 2024, Amélie is an exquisite French restaurant within Belgravia’s historic Pantechnicon building on Motcomb Street. A luxury dining destination set across two floors as well as an outdoor terrace, its menu will focus on Provençal cuisine alongside further Mediterranean influences. Amélie will bring the French spirit of art de vivre to London and will be one of Sunset Hospitality Group’s first UK openings.


About the role:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to work alongside our General Manager leading our FOH operations to achieve our target of becoming London’s favourite destination restaurant. We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with not only exceptional standards, but a passion for creating an environment where team members live and breathe service, ensuring that the FOH operations play a major part in the success of our opening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire our FOH team through coaching and training, to improve performance and achieve the kitchen objectives and targets alongside the General Manager.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Schedule employees and manage labor costs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with Head Chef up to date kitchen developments and requirements.
  • Ensure the highest levels of privacy and professionalism when dealing with high profile guests.
  • Always client facing to develop relationships with regular guests.


Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering memorable experiences for guests.
  • Previous experience in similar role and within fast paced environment experience in Michelin starred or premium restaurant.
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to your career is essential.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant financial management.
