- OTC / ETD product setup and maintenance
- Management of daily closing / settlement prices
- Management of IM setup
- Reporting of market data and subsequent invoice validation & approval
- Stress testing of existing & new processes
- Dealing with ad hoc internal/external client requests
- Regular review of FCA/Exchange notices
- Management of daily static data controls and subsequent investigation.
- Defining and subsequently implementing new procedures and controls.
- Management of exchange reporting requirements.
- Documenting and reviewing existing procedures
- Assisting with Client specific queries
- Working directly with Client Services Team to enhance the client experience
