From Marlow we've brought much of our produce and inspiration to create wonderful dishes, and a relaxed and unstuffy eye for hospitality. All these have found a home in the extraordinary surroundings of Corinthia London.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Waiter is responsible for complete set up of stations before during and after service, supporting assigned senior waiter and assist with back of house when required. The ultimate goal of all our staff is to ensure that our guests enjoy their visit to Kerridge's Bar and Grill so much that by the time they leave they are already planning to come back.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as commis waiter or food runner in a similar environment, preferably within a 5 star hotel
  • Guest focused
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
  • Able to work on your own and within a team
  • Exceptional customer care skills
  • Empathy for your guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Pride and attention to detail in your work
  • The finest personal presentation
  • Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
