About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London / within the F&B Department in London, the Fine Dining Waiter is responsible for ensuring that guest experience a meal that is brings to light tradition Korean dishes in a modern and vibrant approach. The Fine Dining Waiter reports to the Restaurant Manager.

As Fine Dining Waiter, you willresponsiblefor the following duties:

  • Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served
  • Communicate effectively with the guest as to guide them on their journey through DOSA
  • Coordinating all aspects of the service of food and beverages together with the Manager efficiently and accurately

As Fine Dining Waiter, weexpectfrom you:

Responsible in development and maintenance of all policies, procedures, and quality standard within the department,

to utilizing a continuous improvement approach to ensure a high quality, cost effective and customer focused operation.

Adhere to all legal requirements, regulations, and guidelines

Adhere to all environment policies and programs as required.
