About the Company


Our client is a leading provider of RFID solutions experiencing significant growth. To accelerate their expansion, they seek a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business and customer relationships across the UK.


About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding RFID sales and partnerships. Your responsibilities include:


  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the RFID label sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Nurturing and growing relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Financial Performance: Managing sales budgets, forecasts, and product profitability.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensuring sales activities contribute to overall business growth objectives.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:


  • Proven sales and business development acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of the RFID market and sales channels
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • A results-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, CRM, and ERP systems
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the RFID technology is essential


Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000, a car allowance, and a bonus structure.
