My client is at the forefront of digitalising pathology across the UK, Europe and the US. Up to now they've raised over $100m in funding which has facilitated rapid company growth in the form of multiple products and global commercialisation.


In UK, they have secured multiple NHS contracts with those sites predominantly found in Wales, Midlands, the 'golden triangle' (Oxford, Cambridge and London) and the South East. With that in mind, the company have a growing presence here in UK and you will be employee #6 in UK and part of a company of over 100 people globally.


Their growth in UK has meant that for the first time, they're now looking for a Project Implementation Manager to take responsibility for the smooth onboarding and transition of NHS sites.


To be considered for the position, I'm looking for someone who will thrive in a scale-up environment. That means you're someone who works smart, works fast and gets things done. You'll be part of a growing company and as such you'll be asked to make frequent trips to the proverbial hat stand to dust off the many hats you'll be wearing.


This isn't a technical Project Manager position but the following are highly sought after:

  • Experience managing NHS SaaS projects
  • An understanding of Digital Pathology workflows, failing that experience within Radiology/PACS, EHR, EMR, Digital Health workflows and integrations
  • A good communicator and relationship-builder both internally and externally
  • Project Management qualifications are welcomed but not essential
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based solutions and their infrastructures.


Working environment: 4 days a week working remotely, 1 day spent on-site with customers. Potential to support international customers.
