Job Title: Account Director/Senior Account Director

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Digital Media/Marketing Communications industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agency experience
  • The ability to manage and inspire teams, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • An understanding of current trends and creative approaches within the industry
  • Knowledge of managing creative, digital, and internal communication projects/campaigns
  • Experience of pitching for New Business
  • Running Client Strategy Workshops
