We are looking to fill a new role in a growing company and want to add to our friendly approachable team. We are searching for an outgoing and proactive Business Development Executive to join us. If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, are eager to learn, open to change, and are willing to go the extra mile, we would love to meet you.

This is a role with meaning, purpose and impact on socially responsible corporate change. You will have a direct influence on the core of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion in top-tier organisations.

You’ll create new business opportunities for VERCIDA by connecting with an array of organisations about their recruitment needs and how this ties in with their diversity, inclusion and environment policies.

Speaking with decision makers/hiring managers and HR Managers to discuss VERCIDA’s market leading proposition


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in the recruitment industry with a strong interest in employer branding and ESG
  • Experience in client facing media/recruitment in a sales role
  • B2B sales experience and pipeline creation
  • Data oriented individual
  • Enthusiastic character with a strong drive to achieve
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and results driven
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with businesses and other organisations
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Patient and persistent approach to cold call and field sales

Our offer

  • Full time, permanent role, 34 hours per week. 9 am -5:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9 am - 1 pm on Fridays.
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Base salary of £40,000, monthly uncapped commissions, laptop and company mobile phone
