End Point Analyst

2 days a week - Wolverhampton Tewksbury or Chipping Sodbury

We are currently looking for an experienced End Point Analyst to oversee & maintain the organization's endpoint devices, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date & efficient across an entire IT estate, for a company that are morally green and looking to make an impact on the world in a big way.


Some of the main responsibilities are:


  • Implement and manage security protocols to protect endpoints from malware, viruses, and other threats
  • Maintain and configure endpoint devices, ensuring they meet organizational standards and requirements
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
  • Develop and execute patch management strategies to keep endpoint systems up to date with the latest security patches and updates
  • Administer software deployment and distribution to endpoints, ensuring proper licensing and compliance with software usage policies.


The successful applicant will have experience in the below;


  • 3 + years experience in IT Endpoint management with a strong knowledge of endpoint operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and their administration.
  • 3 years’ significant experience in a 2nd or 3rd line technical support role.
  • Significant experience of working with Windows, macOS and Android, Microsoft Intune, Azure and O365.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
