Salary: £20k basic, with uncapped commission - taking your expected first year earnings up to £40k

About the Role:

Are you passionate about sales and eager to kickstart your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are looking for a motivated Trainee Salesperson to join our vibrant team in Basingstoke. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with ambition, energy, and a desire to learn the ropes of the sales industry from the ground up.

Our client is a huge name in the Tech wholesale and reseller space With locations spanning the UK, Ireland and the US, they move on stock in excess of £20 million every quarter They're growing in brand new verticals and marketplaces, which demands the addition of a brand new team

The best part is - no experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English.
  • A team player with a positive mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile.
