Product Management

1. Participate and/or lead project management and coordination to ensure successful global rollout of the Benefex platform.

2. Manage expectations and communicate project status, and risks effectively.

3. Foster relationships with business owners, product managers, technical teams, cross-functional partners and vendor to promote collaboration and alignment.

4. Define clear and actionable problem statements to help teams deliver results

5. Leverage customer insights to develop user stories and define clear acceptance criteria for roadmap features for Benefex and dependent scrum teams like Benefits and Leaves

6. Create best in class Human Resources experiences for our employees

7. Own and prioritize the near-term product roadmap for Benefex to deliver on business outcomes, quickly identifying points of leverage in complex problems or systems and utilizing data effectively to define success metrics and measurable outcomes

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

1. Collaborate closely with Business Owners, Local in country project leads, and vendor to understand and document requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes.

2. Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications

Solution Design and Implementation

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement global Benefex platform to address business requirements and drive value.

2. Design, Develop, Document and facilitate communication and knowledge transfer with collateral to share between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring understanding of the standard operating procedures and best practices for benefits/leave management, customer support service level agreements, Benefex and integrated systems capabilities and limitations.

Data Analysis and Insights

1. Work closely with vendor and scrums teams to understand the available sources, quality, and analytical capabilities.

2. Create analysis leveraging Benefits and Leaves data and analysis techniques to identify insights that can inform business decisions, Benefex set up, and drive Benefits vision provided by Business Owner.

Project Management

1. Responsible for program delivery of multiple related projects and builds effective relationships with stakeholders.

2. Applies a range of approaches to planning and gathering information in which to develop/facilitate/lead more complex Business Cases, plans and schedules (i.e. ROI). Competent in the use of planning tools, considers and develops cross functional plans

3. Stakeholder Management. Works with numerous stakeholders and may work with government/governance bodies. Understands stakeholder needs and builds effective relationships. Demonstrates influencing skills to achieve solutions and dealing with challenging stakeholder situations

4. Communications. Uses a variety of communications methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needs. Is fully aware of standardized tools and template requirements and is a 'go to' person for feedback on the development of project/program management standards

5. Risk Management. Approach to risk management spans projects level up to strategic risk management where required. When faced with issues applies lateral thinking and analyses available information to solve problems and engages with teams to resolve

6. Project/Program Delivery. Responsible for program delivery of multiple related projects required for a specific business functional strategy. Will mentor junior project/program team members in project management

7. Resource Management (people, finances etc.). Will problem solve resource/budgetary issues with internal teams and external suppliers and conclude disputes successfully and independently

8. Customer Care (For employees working in Customer Care and Experience):. Manages large scale, complex, multi-site and multi-regional, high visibility customer deployments involving cross-functional and cross-regional project teams. Meets with and presents to customer executives at the program level. Develops overall program schedule in conjunction with customer requirements. Manages internal company wide stakeholders on project teams and holds them accountable for meeting commitments. Has an in-depth technical knowledge of all Equinix products/processes. Resolves complex issues and escalations independently at all levels. Assists in process development and documentation. Documents lessons learned and shares with stakeholders

Experience:

1. Benefex, Darwin or similar global benefits vendor implementation experience is required

2. Workday HCM experience preferred

3. Benefits and Leave management experience preferred

4. Strong project, process and organizational skills required

5. Driven for results, able to work productively in a cross-functional team
