I'm currently working with a leading syndicate on a Delegated Claims Authority Manager appointment for their team in London. The Claims TPA Manager will be responsible for providing effective oversight and management of a Claims DA team, ensuring our client's Claims DA processes and procedures are fit for purpose and a high quality claims service maintained.

Core responsibilities:

·Management and leadership of Claims DA team

·Implementation of effective claims processes and agreements

·Oversight of onboarding of DCAs and ongoing performance management

·Engagement with DA Underwriting teams to ensure alignment

We're looking for individuals with DA Claims operations exposure, ideally with previous management/leadership experience.
