Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project calls and technical support in line with internal and ISO procedures.
  • Provide design and engineering solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of Wittur components for comprehensive support.
  • Maintain structured technical support methods, files, and processes.
  • Utilize and become proficient with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams, including customer meetings and site surveys.
  • Conduct claims analysis, reporting, and decision-making on claim costs.
  • Implement root cause analysis and contribute to product development and sustainability.
  • Attend meetings and provide training seminars as required.
  • Oversee returns management of critical spares and non-conformities.
  • Offer electrical and mechanical support for all products and spare parts.
  • Assist with quality manual assurance and audits for ISO certifications.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Motivated with excellent time management and team communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical/electrical drawing evaluation.
  • Initiative-driven, able to work independently and within teams.
  • Adaptable to workload changes and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Punctual, reliable, with good written, mathematical, and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).
  • Career-focused with a desire for progression in an international company.
  • Previous experience in the lift industry and quality control/root cause analysis is essential.
  • Holds a qualification in an electronic/engineering discipline or a relevant technical field.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
