We are partnered with an innovative SaaS company whose software platform supports Universities across the UK to make the most of their people. They have some exciting growth plans for the team and are currently looking for 2 1st Line Support Agents to come on board, helping to deliver outstanding service to their clients.


What you'll be doing

• Be the first point of contact for clients, including answering calls.

• Handle incoming calls, collect information and process the request or pass to the appropriate person where required.

• Ensure all support calls from clients are dealt with efficiently, within the agreed SLAs.

• Have sufficient knowledge of the company products to be able to resolve tickets and provide recommendations to clients.

• Provide complete troubleshooting before escalation and ensure any bugs are correctly logged.
