Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support the launch and growth of Humax’s new EV charging products in the market. This role will play a critical part in building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in UK and HQ in South

Korea to ensure our marketing presence is engaging, effective, and aligned with our company goals.


Key Responsibilities

· Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns:

Manage target based demand & lead generation plan and execute optimize marketing campaigns to promote Humax's solutions.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends for effective campaign development.

Define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and channels and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns through analytics tools.

Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, and email.

· Digital Marketing and Online Presence:

Oversee traffic and conversion trend on e-commerce web site to improve it to meet KPI.

Manage communication and coordination in case we work with the agency.

Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and report on performance metrics.

Develop and maintain the website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).

· Contents Creation

Lead writing, design and edit marketing collateral that aligns with the company’s brand voice and tone.

Develop creative and engaging content for sales and marketing deck by translation of technical product specifications into user-friendly language.

Collaborate with other designers, product manager, and sales person to deliver cohesive marketing materials.

Ensure marketing collateral is distributed across appropriate platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, print ads, etc.).

· Event Planning and Management:

Organize and manage events, trade shows, and product launches to promote Humax’s EV charging solutions.

Collaborate with business development teams to ensure alignment and maximize event impact.

· Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.

Work closely with distributors, resellers, and other partners to support joint marketing initiatives.

· Market Research and Analysis:

Stay up to date with industry trends and analyse competitors product and activities to build strong Unique selling point.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5~10 years of experience in marketing role, referably in the EV Charging or renewable sector.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, social media, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.

Personal Qualities (not essential but a plus)

  • Experience using Adobe software or other design tool
  • Experience using e-commerce platform such as Woo commerce, Shopify, Margento
  • Able to prioritise a varied workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to upskill and work outside of remit.
