As they gear up for a busy new year with an extensive order book, they are looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
As a Foreperson, you will be a key player in managing their public sector refurbishment projects. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all on-site activities are carried out efficiently and meet the high standards of quality and safety the company is known for. You will be involved in works that require you to use your own initiative, making critical decisions and coordinating with colleagues to ensure project success. With a focus on local work, this role includes no UK travel.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this position, you must have extensive experience in similar works and hold all relevant tickets, including CSR, SMSTS, SSSTS, and CSCS. Proven experience at a similar level is essential, as is your ability to lead a team, manage multiple tasks, and ensure project milestones are met. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities will be key to your success.
