- **Equans is looking for a Foreperson to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**:

- To undertake the duties/responsibilities as a Foreman to the standards set out by the contract
- To carry out the duties as a Foreman in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures
- Understand, implement, and adhere to Equans SHEQ requirements
- Manage subcontractors to support in adhering to Client KPI’s
- Attend benchmark inspections and ensure quality of work is kept to these standards throughout the delivery of the scheme

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Relevant trade, NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent
- Previous experience within the social housing industry
- Membership of CSR
- Full and Clean Driving License
