You will be creating modern cuisine for conferencing and banqueting, ranging from canapes and bowl food to seated fine dining dinners up to 300 covers. You will be working in a brigade of 9 chefs and there is lots of room for you to develop within the company.

You will be contracted to 40 hours per week however, you will be required to work 48 hours per week on average, this will bring your salary package up to £38,370.
They are offering a salary of £31,500 and you will be contracted to 40 hours per week (£15.14ph). overtime after 40 hours Monday Friday will be paid at time and a quarter (£18.92), overtime on weekends will be paid at double time (£30.28ph). The earliest you will start is 7.30am and the latest you will finish is 10pm, if in the unlikely event you finish after 11.30pm, they will pay for your taxi home. The bulk of the work will be Monday Friday daytime hours, they expect you to work one in 4 Saturdays.
