Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee the construction of a new build residential development in Mid-Ulster. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing site staff, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, particularly in residential developments.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.A solid understanding of health and safety regulations.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
