Main Duties / Responsibilities:

You’ll help support, shape & expand out the creative direction, working closely alongside the team which would include leading design processes to ensure the agency continues to grow its strong desire and drive for creativity fused with results-based focus. You should be able to juggle multiple and varied creative tasks and work closely with team.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Design concepts, mock-ups and presentations across an array of brands and projects
  • Creating digital brand assets (static, animated, motion graphic assets)
  • Concepting both low and high-fidelity wireframes for website landing pages
  • Remastering and adapting content from campaign toolkits for large Global Campaigns
  • Creating and editing brand sizzle reels and cutdowns using existing footage


Experiences and Qualifications:

  • You have a portfolio showcasing your conceptual ideas and passion for digital design in the main
  • Essential skills: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma
  • Desirable skills: HTML & Email Design
  • Excellent appreciation of a clients brand and experience working within brand guidelines translating a clients’ brand into a digital realisation
  • Creation of user-focused email campaigns, ad campaigns that drive results for clients
  • Creatively passionate and driven
  • Confident, self-motivated
  • Looks for opportunities to build the agency’s business
  • Flexible to get hands dirty to get the job done

Location: London (hybrid role split between home and office)

Working Hours: 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. However, on occasions you may be expected to join early morning calls or stay late in order to meet deadlines.
