Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Service Integration Developer with active SC clearance to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux, extensive experience working with multiple APIs, and solid database skills. You will be responsible for integrating various services and ensuring seamless communication between systems in a secure and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain multiple APIs (over 90), ensuring robust and efficient data exchange between systems.
  • Work extensively with Linux-based environments to deploy, manage, and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement service integrations that meet business and security requirements.
  • Perform database development and maintenance tasks, including data modeling, optimization, and query tuning.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Work within a secure environment, adhering to best practices and compliance standards related to SC clearance.


Key Skills and Experience:

  • SC Clearance: Must hold current SC clearance.
  • Linux Proficiency: Extensive experience working in Linux environments, including shell scripting and system administration tasks.
  • API Development: Proven track record of working with a high volume of APIs (over 90), including RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Database Skills: Experience with database management, including SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Integration Tools: Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or similar).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related integration challenges.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and data encryption methods.
