Imaging Administrator

Spire Hartswood Hospital have an exciting opportunity for an imaging Administrator to join the team on a permanent part time basis.
Spire Hartswood Hospital is a 49 bed hospital with 4 theatres and offers a comprehensive range of services and facilities.

Duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure an exemplary level of administration support and customer service to all patients, consultants, GPs and hospital staff that meets and strives to exceed all of our customer’s expectations.
- To present a high standard of personal appearance together with total confidentiality in every aspect of work at all times.
- To provide information to patients, consultants and other relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner.
- To provide an efficient imaging administration service within the hospital utilising all necessary hospital IT programs while operating within established policies and procedures.
Who were looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not essential, along with a working knowledge of SAP or a similar patient booking system
- Ability to pay attention to detail and produce and maintain accurate records
- Good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
