The Head Chef will work alongside the buisness to oversee & control all aspects of the catering operation, candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role because leading a team of hard working individuals will be there from day one. The business thrives on a very large Confernece & Banqueting trade so having experience with this is preferred.
