They are seeking a Property Loss Adjuster to join their vibrant team. To excel in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in property or loss adjusting as a field adjuster.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Assess damage at policyholders' properties and create work schedules using the Symbility scoping tool to process claims.
  • Manage a manageable caseload up to £100k, focusing primarily on claims ranging from £10k to £50k, with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Operate independently while actively participating in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Validate work schedules and collaborate with the supply chain team to identify trends.
  • Partner with a diary executive who will organise your schedule, ensuring 1-2 admin days per week based on your preferred number of visits.


What you need for the role:

  • Minimum of one year’s experience in property or loss adjusting as a field adjuster.
  • A passionate, positive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and making a difference.
  • A full driving license is required.
  • CII/CILA qualifications are desirable but not mandatory (qualification support is available).
