Your new company, a Global Lloyds Insurance broker, based in the heart of the City of London is looking for a Real Estate Claims Executive to join their organisation. Salary is very competitive, offers hybrid working, and you will be working for a global brand within the industry, offering significant progression and growth within the company.


Your New role.


In your new role you will be tasked with managing Residential Property Claims from first notification of loss through to conclusion, regularly liaising with the client, insurers, relevant loss adjuster and various other stakeholders within the business. You will have to negotiate with insurers, ensuring that reserves are realistic and appropriate in proportion to the claim and you will required to attend market meetings as and when required.


You will be required to report any major or sensitive claims to the relevant Account Executive, provide technical advice and able to analyse and identify coverage on the basis of the policy wording and nature of the claim in question.


What You'll Need To Succeed


In order to succeed you will need excellent technical claims experience as well as an in-depth understanding of the Lloyd’s London market, you will need to be an expert in the Real Estate/Property class of business and will preferably have previous experience of working within a company market insurer as well as current Lloyd’s experience. (Please not that whilst previous Company market Insurer experience is preferred it is not a prerequisite for the role).


Outside of this you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, a willingness and proven ability to continue to develop your knowledge through both informal and formal means and an analytical mindset able to solve complex problems whilst often multitasking to tight deadlines. A CII Qualification would be advantageous.
