The successful candidate will need to actively implement changes within the company's capabilities and utilise regional support for strategic planning, negotiation of terms, and trade marketing activities to uncover potential opportunities. Effective collaboration with both regional and local sales and marketing teams will be crucial in achieving top-tier sales activation and promotional strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Explore alternative marketplaces beyond Amazon, developing entry strategies and implementing the marketplace plan.
- Test new E-commerce trends, such as TikTok Shop.
- Oversee Gross Billings for marketplaces and collaborate with teams to define the scope.
- Work with Digital media teams to improve sales models, ensure alignment with market priorities, and guide partners and teams.
- Monitor metrics to identify opportunities, provide data-driven insights, and keep the business informed on key developments.
Requirements:
- Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Sales, or Marketing, with a focus on Amazon, E-Commerce, and Digital Marketing in a global context.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- A results-focused, competitive approach, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and process management.
- Strong relationship-building skills within a matrix organisation and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
