We are currently partnering with a leading Property & Construction Consultancy, who are recruiting for Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB, MRICS) to join their growing team on a permanent basis.


This is a full-time position, offering up to £70k (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing day-to-day delivery of projects
  • Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Producing cost plans, feasibilities and optioneering
  • Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
  • Managing sub-consultants and construction managers


Experience required:

  • Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or on the path to achieving this
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation


Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets
  • Strong technical ability, commercial acuity, financially literate and comfortable controlling cost and risk

Working hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
