Job Description:

  • Holding the key position of examining corporate actions, checking for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensuring that corporate action information databases are maintained so that information is entered and distributed within a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with corporate action service providers, custodians, and internal teams to enhance and streamline workflows
  • Assist Portfolio Management by analysing and interpreting complex voluntary events
  • Perform daily processing and validation to maintain the accuracy and consistency of global corporate action data across various platforms, adhering to market standards
  • Investigate and resolve conflicting action details, communicate voluntary instructions, and verify client entitlements
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and minimise risk for the team and the firm
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve intricate action issues
  • Interprets terms and conditions of corporate action events across various global markets to understand relevant impacts on their investment portfolios

Personal attributes:

  • Knowledgeable of the life cycle of global corporate action events across all asset classes and products
  • Confident individual who can liaise well with internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and management skills
  • Looking for 2-3 years of experience.
