  • Ability to build effective relationships with individuals across the business geographies and business lines, external advisors, other team members and with management of acquisition targets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical mind-set to help develop corporate finance models and valuations with a basic understanding of fundamental financial statement analysis
  • Ability to draft papers and presentations to a high standard and on a timely basis
  • Enthusiasm and appetite to work on debt raises when needed
  • Experience in Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) essential


Experience:

  • Some experience of working in Corporate Finance / M&A/ Due Diligence, including placements in a full-time role (e.g. Big 4, banking)
  • Previous exposure to fundamental Financial / Corporate Finance principles and experience of applying these
  • Experience in preparing presentations and financial models, supporting projects and the execution of transactions
  • Experience of supporting multiple projects in a fast paced environment in order to meet critical deadlines
