Overview

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Windows endpoint management solution. This individual will focus on driving innovation and delivering customer value that empowers businesses to efficiently manage and secure their Windows endpoints. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on product management expertise, with a deep understanding of the endpoint management ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for a Windows endpoint management solution that aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and business value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products that address key customer challenges.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to gather feedback, align expectations, and ensure support for product initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Conduct in-depth user research, analyze customer pain points, and translate insights into actionable product features that enhance endpoint management capabilities.
  • Industry Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in endpoint management, particularly within the Windows ecosystem.
  • Analytics and KPIs: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving: Address complex product challenges with innovative solutions and manage risks effectively, ensuring the feasibility and scalability of product offerings.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable Windows endpoint management solutions.
  • Product Launches: Lead product launch efforts, coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution and customer adoption.



Experience:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and launching enterprise IT or endpoint management products.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Windows endpoint management, device lifecycle management, or IT administration solutions.



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.



Skills:

  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS and related management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Group Policy, SCCM).
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities, particularly in enterprise IT domains.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep technical acumen and the ability to engage with engineering teams on technical discussions.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance considerations in endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based product delivery models.
