Your Role:

The Content Writer, AI Character Creator for EverAI will be responsible for developing the personalities, memories, occupations, and scenarios for our AI characters. This role requires a high level of creativity, solid writing skills, emotional and social awareness, cultural alignment, reliability, and consistency of quality.


Main Mission:

  • Create engaging and realistic AI characters by developing their personalities, memories, jobs, and other characteristics based on their appearance and popular trends.
  • Design character scenarios and identify what resonates best with our users to enhance user engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the Content Creation Team, you will be responsible for:


Character Development:

  • Create detailed and engaging character profiles, including personalities, memories, occupations, kinks, etc.
  • Develop character scenarios that align with user interests and popular trends.

Content Creation:

  • Write compelling stories and scenarios for characters to engage with our users.
  • Ensure all content aligns with EverAI’s values and user expectations.

User Research:

  • Conduct research to understand user preferences and trends.
  • Iterate on character designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Content Creation team to develop character personalities that harmonize with their visual designs.
  • Collaborate with other creatives to ensure consistency and quality in every new character.


Your Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with content creation, writing tools, and AI assistants, like ChatGPT.
  • Strong understanding of character development and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional creativity in character creation and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing skills with a focus on creating engaging and realistic characters.
  • High emotional and social awareness to write characters and scenarios that feel relatable and interesting.
