Job Description :


  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion, including:
  • Drafting legal documents (contracts, transfers, mortgages)
  • Conducting legal searches and title investigations
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties
  • Managing exchange of contracts and completion arrangements
  • Dealing with post-completion matters (e.g., Land Registry applications)
  • Provide excellent client service and maintain strong communication throughout the transaction.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the department.


Candidate Profile:


  • 1 year of experience as a Conveyancer or Legal Assistant in a residential conveyancing department.
  • Solid understanding of conveyancing procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
