Our Client
Our client is a small yet well-established corporate catering business with a strong reputation for delivering fresh, high-quality meals for offices, events and conferences. They are profitable, have some incredible logos on their books already, and are now looking for a talented Head of Sales to take charge of their sales strategy and drive the next phase of expansion.
What You’ll Do
As the Head of Sales, you’ll take a hands-on and strategic role in scaling the company’s operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Growing Revenue: Increasing sales from £2m to £6m over the next 18 months
- Securing Contracts: Establishing long-term catering agreements with key existing accounts, who are currently not in contract
- Strategy: Working directly with the founders to develop and drive the commercial strategy
- Building the Team: Managing, developing, and expanding the sales and account management teams
- Enhancing Systems: Streamlining and automating processes for ad hoc client orders to maximize efficiency

Proven Experience: It is essential that you come from a contract catering background, and have experience closing contracts with enterprise organisations
