Spinks have collaborated with an award-winning investment client who is an expert in simplifying wealth-building for everyone, regardless of their starting point. They are now looking for a Senior product manager to join their dynamic product team based in London.

In this role You'll be working within the product team, reporting to a Lead Product Manager, with a focus on launching new features, managing existing product performance, and prioritizing product enhancements.


What You’ll Do

  • Empower a generation to save and invest by delivering an exceptional user experience.
  • Develop and execute product strategies, tackling complex problems, and creating a personal roadmap.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, working with UX, mobile, and backend teams to drive user adoption and maximize engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects, identifying and resolving potential issues to ensure team success.
  • Take full ownership, actively contributing to the team's efforts.


Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role that involves high-level analytical problem-solving and attention to detail, with some exposure to Product Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of core product management processes, including problem identification, analysis, development, testing, and launch.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward challenging goals.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
