Sales Executive - Events

Up to £30,000 + Bonus

Surrey


My Client is a fantastic event business who are known for their spectacular themed events and exceptional service. We are on the hunt for a Sales Executive with excellent people skills join their fun and growing team. As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for handling customer queries and upselling packages where possible.


Main Duties:

  • Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner, upselling packages at every opportunity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Manage the inbox in a timely manner
  • Conduct site visits on an ad hoc basis
  • Cross selling across the 14 sites
  • Carry out administrative tasks when needed
  • Opportunities to work in different departments in quieter periods


Skills and Experience

  • Sales Experience from a hospitality background is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
