Summary:

This role is ideal for a seasoned Project Manager with experience in Defence, Naval, Maritime, or Military environments, looking to lead critical cyber risk mitigation projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver cyber risk mitigation projects, including cultural interventions, automation of risk processes, and cybersecurity audits.
  • Oversee the Cyber Risk Kanban, ensuring effective task prioritization, management, and alignment with client goals.
  • Lead briefings and ensure the traceability of project activities within the client's framework.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior team members, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to adapt strategies to evolving threats.



Essential Experience:

  • Strong background in project management within Defence or Cyber Security sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading cyber risk mitigation and transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Kanban, Waterfall, and Agile.
