About the Role

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in an established Central London or regional practice and have in excess of 10 years post-qualification experience. They should be able to manage their own files, act autonomously, be technically excellent and commercially astute. They should have strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service, be enthusiastic about business development and lastly, they should have a following in excess of £200,000 and be able to develop that further. We are very much looking for team players with a strong client focussed approach. As well as being able to use cloud based document management and time recording systems the successful candidate will also have a good academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. The candidate will also be hands-on and interested in being involved in the management of the department. You will be given early responsibility and opportunities to help develop client relationships and expand the department. We are looking for partners that really wish to excel professionally and who want to be a part of a well-resourced, cohesive, and collegiate team.
