Role:

As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery function within Technology including our Project Delivery Frameworks and project road-map. You will be responsible a small team of project managers and business analysts to managing the delivery of technology solutions, services, systems, and processes safeguarding business value and return on investment (ROI).


On a day-to-day basis the HOD will manage the projects team (made up for Project Management and Business Analyst resources) providing programme oversight & direction, leadership, expert knowledge and support. Additionally, the HOD will act as an escalation point providing additional support to cross-charity Product Owners, as-well-as being the ‘first point of call’ to the business for technology roadmap/programme updates and new project requests.


Skills:

  • Experience working on Service Delivery Life-cycle (SDLC) and framework from initiation to closure.
  • Must have experience working on Technology/Digital projects.
  • Experience building technology project road-maps and coaching/mentoring team members.
  • Must be able to build relationships with cross-functional teams in the business, and support the driving of business strategy.
