We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven sales manager with 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales.


In this role, you’ll lead efforts to drive revenue growth, cultivate strong client and industry relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing deals.


Your focus will be on expanding our presence across the market and demonstrating the value of our data-driven solutions to clients within the active nutrition industry.


The role

As sales manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our proprietary data and insights platform, which provides clients with critical intelligence on industry trends and product innovations.


Your role will involve identifying key prospects, demonstrating how our platform can enhance their business decisions, and converting leads into long-term clients.


In addition, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure our sales strategies align with client needs and market demands. You'll oversee the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and nurturing relationships to closing deals and maintaining strong, lasting partnerships.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the wider business to align sales initiatives with product developments and marketing efforts
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management


What we’re looking for

  • 3-4 years of sales experience, primarily in B2B environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the nutrition market (desirable)
  • Experience selling SaaS, data platforms, or insights-driven solutions is a plus
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and adjust tactics based on market feedback
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Experience using CRM systems to improve efficiencies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
