About the Role


In this well regarded role, you'll spearhead the technical aspects of the business after the products are designed. Success in this position will ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will span Technical Support, Field Service Operations, Quality & Continuous Improvement, and Product Training.


What You'll Do

  • ️ Lead Technical Services, Field Operations, and Product Training.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality and efficiency.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with management to drive business success.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in senior management roles.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • ️ Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Related Product experience - complex electrical / mechanical products
  • ️ Technical background in engineering preferred.
