Become part of our team as a Demand Planner & Stock controller in Luton and help us manage the smooth process of incoming stock and dispatch of our amazing products to our customers.

This is a physical, hands-on role where accuracy, attention to detail and focus are key skills for success. There may also be some heavy lifting involved up to 25kgs. You will need to be able to maintain high levels of productivity and consistently meet stocking targets.


What you’ll do:

In this Job you will ensure the efficient flow of all stock from the ordering raw materials through to delivery of finished products to customers and the Amazon FBA warehouse


  • Raise all purchase orders in a timely manner considering lead times for each supplier.
  • Managing incoming deliveries, check-in and receipt stock as per company procedures, raising any discrepancies in price/quantity/quality.
  • Manage all materials and finished stock at all locations.
  • Action any stock transfers, ensuring that all teams adhere to the process.
  • Coordinate & complete periodic stock counts to prevent and minimise the level of discrepancies.
  • Keep updated inventory records within the Stock management software (Unleashed).
  • Monitor trends in customer orders to develop & maintain the rolling demand plan for all channels.
  • Schedule and communicate production plan and work with the production team to ensure that all the stock needed for weekly production is transferred to the production facility.
  • Contact suppliers for weekly sales order summary and ensure information is updated in the stock management system.
  • Carry out regular cyclical counts and updates stock, reporting discrepancies to Finance.
  • Liaise with all teams including marketing/customer service/production to understand any events that may impact demand and take any action accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience
