At SSCL, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Administrator to join our tight-knit team in the centre of Glasgow. We deliver pension awards across multiple schemes for our clients, including the MOD, ensuring high-quality service and support.

As a Pensions Administrator, you will perform core administrative duties and handle telephone and email communication for our MOD clients. You will be part of a supportive team, working collaboratively to deliver accurate pension calculations and maintain excellent client relationships.

This role is office based, Monday - Friday, with the option to work 37.5 hours flexibly throughout the week.

What you'll be doing:
  • Maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Calculate pension payments and produce complex pension calculations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence.
  • Provide individual benefit statements and respond to member queries.
  • Update systems to make sure accurate records of members' entitlements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
  • Follow established processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Salary: £24,166 inclusive of 3% flex fend
