The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Centre Leader to spearhead our vibrant Cromwell team This is your chance to take the helm and drive excellence in a role that promises both challenge and reward. As the Centre Leader, you will be, orchestrating the day-to-day operations, ensuring our services and team members thrive. Your leadership will provide clear direction and inspire a culture of excellence, as you facilitate the delivery of market leading, patient-centred care.


What You'll Do:

  • Accountable for the Health and Safety of all individuals using the facility at the named centre.
  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of existing Consultant relations and building relationships with newly recruited Consultants.
  • Accountable for ensuring full centre compliance with governance regulations and enactments (e.g., CQC, H&S, ICO etc).
  • Responsible for contributing to the creation of the annual budget for the named centre.
  • Actively support and champion GenesisCare initiatives to improve culture, quality, efficiency, and access, taking on a leadership role within particular projects where required.
  • Provide strong leadership to the local teams to formulate action plans in response to the staff engagement survey results. Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the named centre through strong leadership, guidance, and active encouragement.
  • Provide exceptional leadership in living the GenesisCare purpose and values.
  • Drive a high-performance culture using data to drive decision making and actions to deliver performance against budget.
  • Work in collaboration with the Market Development Manager to fully understand the local healthcare market, influencers, opportunities and ensure a focused engagement plan is in place to drive an increase in referrals.
  • Be responsible for the local implementation and/or the continued management of the GenesisCare clinical governance audit programme.


What You'll Have:

Experience and skills:

  • Previously held CQC Registered Manager status
  • Successful P&L delivery
  • Significant team building and direct line management experience in a commercial environment
  • Passion for service excellence and improving quality
  • Experience of managing a healthcare facility
  • Track record of developing business growth opportunities
  • Experience of working with the private health sector
  • Commercial awareness
  • Analytical and enquiring
  • Able to quickly understand business drivers of healthcare market and delivery
  • Well organised, systematic, and resilient
  • Good at developing and maintaining business relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (including clinicians)
  • Consultative and involving management style


Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Degree level plus business-related management qualification
  • Evidence of commitment to continuous development
