Alchemy Technology Services are currently seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a significant Guidewire upgrade project, focusing on PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, transitioning from V8 to V10.


You will have a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, involving close interaction with the Program Triad leadership throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to the inception workshops, backlog definition, team composition, and providing general guidance on key program aspects.


ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:


  • Lead and manage the entire GW upgrade project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with the Program Triad leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of inception workshops, facilitating discussions and capturing key requirements.
  • Ensure clear definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Define and manage the project backlog in collaboration with the development team.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
  • Provide guidance on key aspects of the program, including risk management, issue resolution, and best practices.
  • Engage with national and international stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Implement and oversee project governance structures and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and standards.


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


  • Strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience In Insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
