We are excited to be partnering with an award-winning food business, the company is experiencing consistent growth, increasing its presence in the UK food industry. They supply major UK retailers, food service, and manufacturing customers with predominantly own-label as well as branded goods.


This position is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to develop both the company brand and own-label products. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, creating strategies to grow market share, enhance brand reputation, and improve customer experience. You will have ownership and responsibility for developing the brand, which makes up 10% of sales, as well as providing a holistic view of the business in terms of all marketing and key stakeholder relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for both new and existing products, working closely with the Commercial team.
  • Develop and implement the brand strategy, setting style guides, brand guidelines, vision, and value proposition for both the short and long term.
  • Turn brand strategies into actionable plans and go-to-market approaches.
  • Evaluate the success of marketing efforts, measuring their impact on sales campaigns.
  • Analyse sales forecasts, and financial data, and report on product sales, ROI, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial and Insights team to create and update marketing materials and ensure they meet market needs.
  • Work with the Technical team to oversee product development.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website.


About You:


  • 3+ years of marketing experience (ideal).
  • Strong ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and project-driven.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • A passion for food is a plus.
  • Tenacious and persistent.
  • Interest in FMCGs and the food industry.
