Further expansion and global demand for their market leading renewable energy solutions has seen unprecedented global growth and the requirement to recruit a high-profile Project Management Director.


The Role

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projects
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Monitor and report project progress to senior management
  • Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and policies


The Person

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 5+ years working within Wind Energy or BESS
  • Fluency in English
  • 8+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of international regulations and policies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Any additional European languages (esp. Italian, German, Spanish) will be a plus
