Constructive Moves have been instructed by an award winning, residential developer to source a Quantity Surveyor.

The housebuilder are known for building, high quality, traditionally built homes within the Northern Homes Counties. They have an experienced team that operate at a high level of expertise in securing and delivering the best outcome for each site they develop.

The successful candidate will be someone with career aspirations and wants to develop under a structured development programme, with the opportunity to work with and learn from more senior staff who have extensive experience within the industry.

This business are looking for someone who is inventive and can get involved with multiple aspects of the construction process and able to deliver across multiple schemes. As projects progress, you will be required to spend time tracking valuations and variations accounts on the sub-contractor packages you are in charge off.
